Paddle is Our Merchant of Record
All payments for TapFindMe are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund requests on our behalf. Your card statement will show a charge from Paddle.

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. After 30 days, refunds are granted at our discretion based on the circumstances.
Eligibility
- First-time subscribers requesting a refund within 30 days of signup
- Users who experienced a technical issue that prevented them from using the service
- Accidental duplicate charges or billing errors
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at the email below with your order details. We will process your request through Paddle within 1-3 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
