Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TapFindMe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including hosts who create guides and guests who view them.

What TapFindMe Provides

TapFindMe is a platform that allows property hosts to:

• Create step-by-step check-in guides for their properties
• Add cards with images, maps, videos, and text instructions
• Share unique guide links with their guests
• Track anonymous guide views and check-in confirmations

Account Registration

To use TapFindMe as a host, you must sign in with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue creating properties and guides. If you do not subscribe, your guest links will be disabled and guests will no longer be able to access them. Trial abuse — such as repeatedly registering with new email addresses — is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Subscriptions & Billing

After the trial, TapFindMe offers paid subscriptions billed per property:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our payment processor
• Prices are per property per month (or year) as shown at checkout
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, handled through Paddle

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TapFindMe to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Harass, mislead, or defraud guests or other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on TapFindMe (guides, images, text, etc.). By uploading content, you grant TapFindMe a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and deliver that content as necessary to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

TapFindMe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TapFindMe and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TapFindMe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapFindMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of TapFindMe after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
